Fabric Recomendations
Fabric Recomendations
Recommended Fabrics:
- Cotton
- Satin
- Velvet
- Linen or Linen Blends
Fabrics to Avoid:
- Stretch fabrics (jersey, rib knit)
- Very thick upholstery fabrics
Choosing your Batting/Wadding:
- 100–120 gsm → Soft, lightly quilted look.
- 130–150 gsm → More defined quilting texture and slightly puffier finish.
If using polyester batting, go for the lower end (around 100 gsm), since it tends to be loftier than cotton at the same weight.
